Shipping

Packages are shipped within 2 to 4 days after receipt of your order. Orders are shipped FedEx ground. If you need a quicker delivery time please indicate that at check-out. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

PenPals guarantees all items that we ship to you will arrive as you ordered them We take proper care to insure that all products arrive safely. If there any questions or issues with your order please contact us promptly.

Any items that have been monogrammed or personalized in cannot be return or exchanged. Any non-personalized items can be return within 10 days of your receipt of the order for an exchange or store credit.
